Brian Krpata was born and reared in South Florida. He graduated from Aurbun Univeristy in 1996 with a degree in Building Science. He has worked through out the Southeast and managed a variety of construction projects including healthcare, historic, government, detention, and multi-family residential. He understands what it takes to bring a project from inception to close, on time and within budget.
In 2009, Brian switched careers to real estate sales and consulting. Having worked for one of the largest real estate developers in South Florida, he gained experience and knowledge in the art of sales. With this knowledge, his determination, and wealth of training provided by Keller Williams, Brian has continued to provide his clients with excellent service and satisfaction.
