Lois Bordewyk

I recently sold my house.  Having never sold a house before, I didn’t know where to begin or what to do once I decided to put my place up for sale.  I had received a letter of introduction from Brian Krpata, a realtor with Keller Williams, after he moved into my neighborhood.  I saved it for future use.  That is who I called and I have never regretted that decision.  Besides being a very personable young man, he’s well in command of his real estate skills.  After talking with several of my friends who were dissatisfied with their realtors, I discovered I had made the right choice.  Brian promoted my property aggressively.  He went door to door inquiring about people who might be interested in moving to my area.  He advertised in the right places.  He sent packets to out-of-state people and kept in contact by phone if there was the slightest bit of interest.  He actively looked for buyers and used every opportunity to show my place to prospective buyers.  He included my place in realtor’s open houses to broaden the base of exposure.  My home was on the market for six months.  With the housing market in such a depressed state, I felt very fortunate to have chosen Brian Krpata because my house is sold.  My friends are still trying to sell theirs.

From the 1st call we placed to him, Brian was very professional, knowledgable, and very accommodating.  He touched base with us daily, even after the contract was accepted - always with a very enthusiastic attitude.  He was very helpful with local vendor names.  He always offered his assistance.  We were very pleased with him and your office.

Can't say enough good things about him!  Personable, answers phone!  Even if he doesn't want to hear what you have to say!  On top of things, Knows hot to be pushie without letting on.  I would not consider another real estate transaction without home being involved!

Than you for all the hard work showing us "several homes" before we made the final decision.

Good Job, Brian!
